    Description:

    This position is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of strategies designed to source, identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward current and prospective corporate, government and foundation grants. The professional in this role will be focused on securing grant funding to support a wide range of Saint Agnes programs, service lines, and capital campaign initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and submitting funding proposals to foundations, organizations, and government entities as well as identifying programmatic and capital needs in alignment with Philanthropic priorities. Utilizing the CRM database, the role manages an active portfolio of prospects, prepares gift proposals and agreements, and tracks donor and prospect interactions, including the submission of funding applications. The position works closely with the Saint Agnes donor community, administrative leadership, and community stakeholders. Individual grant-writing goals are established annually in collaboration with the Chief Development Officer to support annual philanthropic revenue goals benefiting Saint Agnes Medical Center. This includes Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC), Saint Agnes Medical Foundation and Central Valley Health Plan as needed
