We are seeking a Grant Analyst to support the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), a statewide initiative focused on advancing healthcare outcomes and building sustainable healthcare infrastructure throughout Indiana's rural communities.
The Grant Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring grant-funded organizations remain compliant with state and federal funding requirements while supporting the broader mission of rural health transformation. This position serves as a key resource for monitoring financial stewardship, program performance, reporting accuracy, and risk management across participating sub-awardees.
Working closely with program, finance, and data teams, the Grant Analyst will conduct financial and programmatic reviews, analyze grant performance data, identify compliance risks, and provide technical assistance to funded organizations. This role combines analytical expertise, relationship management, and operational oversight to help ensure grant resources are used effectively and in alignment with program objectives.
This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a five-year initiative with significant visibility across leadership teams and stakeholders dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes in rural Indiana.
