| Job Summary: |
The Grants Administrator serves as the agency's lead authority on grants, identification, acquisition, compliance, financial reporting, and revenue management. The position oversees a centralized Grants Management Unit responsible for maintaining federal and state compliance, maximizing grant revenues, providing fiscal analytics, and coordinating all grant-related communication across program areas, the Budget Office, and federal partners.
This roles ensure the agency's grant portfolio supports strategic priorities, meets all regulatory obligations, and strengthens financial stewardship.

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, Public Policy, or a related field is required; master's preferred. Candidates should have extensive experience in grants management, public finance, or federal compliance, ideally within government, human services, or child welfare environments. Advanced knowledge of federal reporting requirements --including IV-E, IV-B, CAPTA, and TANF --is essential, along with strong analytical skills in revenue forecasting, risk analysis, and variance reporting.
