Job Description
- Receive, identify, label, and prepare incoming samples.
- Ensure appropriate analytical testing has been requested for each sample.
- Prepare and analyze samples according to ISO work instructions.
- Prioritize analyses based on customer needs and laboratory capacity.
- Organize and coordinate projects in a high-throughput laboratory environment.
- Obtain and document analytical data while ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver laboratory results accurately and efficiently.
- Perform job functions using established instructions and guidelines.
- Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor.
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in a related laboratory or industry environment.
- Hands-on experience with total combustion analysis.
- Elemental analysis experience.
- Calorimetry experience.
- Gas Chromatography (GC).
- NIR Spectroscopy.
- NMR.
- Total oil analysis.
- Colorimetry.
- Falling number analysis.
- Farinograph and mixograph experience.
- Bench-top wet chemical analyses.
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple laboratory analyses.
- Strong organizational and data integrity skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, high-throughput laboratory environment.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant industry experience.
- Directly applicable relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

- Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
- Start Time: 07:30 AM
- Ability to follow ISO work instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision.
- Ability to efficiently manage priorities in a high-throughput laboratory setting.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $17.08 to $25.08 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
