Grain Operations ManagerAll Grain Locations | Full-Time, ExemptTop Ag Cooperative is seeking a Grain Operations Manager to lead operations across our grain facilities. This role oversees grain superintendents, location managers, and operations staff, with responsibility for inventory and quality control, facility equipment, rail loading activities, and truck loading/unloading - all while driving continuous improvement across the department.What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to high standards and safety practicesOversee facility and equipment maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repairsManage grain inventory, quality, and loading/unloading logisticsPartner with the Grain Department Manager on operational planning and improvementsSupport special projects and provide expertise to leadership as neededWhat You Bring:Associate's Degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of leadership experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver's licenseExperience in ag operations, truck loading, or railcar loading is a plusWhy Top Ag?At Top Ag, we're farmer-owned and community-driven.
