This role oversees grain superintendents, location managers, and operations staff, with responsibility for inventory and quality control, facility equipment, rail loading activities, and truck loading/unloading - all while driving continuous improvement across the department.What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to high standards and safety practicesOversee facility and equipment maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repairsManage grain inventory, quality, and loading/unloading logisticsPartner with the Grain Department Manager on operational planning and improvementsSupport special projects and provide expertise to leadership as neededWhat You Bring:Associate's Degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of leadership experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver's licenseExperience in ag operations, truck loading, or railcar loading is a plusWhy Top Ag?At Top Ag, we're farmer-owned and community-driven.
