    Description

    • Assist with the planning, set-up, clean-up of OMA programmed events in addition to attending said events.
    • Generate feedback on existing programs to enhance their success.
    • Answer phone, e-mail, prepare data for supervisor, and greet visitors and request visitors to swipe Case ID
    • Assist OMA staff with various projects and tasks.
    • Clean commonly used spaces in OMA as needed and refill office supplies.
    • Innovate programs and discussions for students at Case Western Reserve University
    • Create and distribute marketing materials for office programming.
    • Assist in organizing & tracking program statistics and information.
    • Help to plan and staff special events and functions

    o Unity Banquet

    o Wellness Wednesday

    o OMA Kickbacks

    o Other Events as assigned

    • Assists in development of Multicultural Affairs marketing and outreach materials including brochures, calendars, bulletin boards, flyers as well as technological marketing needs through Instagram and website needs.
    • Help produce the OMA newsletters
    • Other duties as assigned.
