    The graduate assistant plays a crucial role in advancing the program objectives and success of the Education Leadership doctoral program. The selected candidate will support the program faculty coordinator regarding student admissions, enrollment success, advising support, special program recruitment initiatives, online and campus event support, course schedule development, curricular initiatives, and student record, and information support.

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
    • Proficiency in assisting the faculty program coordinator
    • Bachelors or masters degree

    Nature & Purpose of Position

    Responsibilities

    1. Assist the coordinator in program enrollment support

    2. Support program faculty in research and related service efforts

    3. Support program social media and promotion efforts

    4. Maintain professional communication in person, via email, and phone

    5. Support recruitment initiatives

    6. Support addressing potential student program inquiries

    7. Address enrolled student queries regarding coursework

    8. Support department program events

    9. Assist with online program support

    10. Engage in student record retrieval

    11. Prompt work attendance and availability

    12. Undertake additional responsibilities as required

    13. Some in-state travel may be required
