What You'll DoYou'll work alongside experienced engineers and learn by doing - contributing to real projects from day one. Your work may include:
Supporting the design of roads, bridges, building structures, or site layouts. Helping develop plans, calculations, and technical reports. Preparing permitting documents and assisting with project coordination. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). EIT certification a plus, or a willingness to work toward it. Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or other engineering software is helpful. Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. A self-starter who's ready to learn and grow across a variety of projects.
