Summary
The primary purpose of the Graduate Assistant (GA) position is to provide essential support for departmental teaching, research, and administrative operations. It serves the dual purpose of advancing the Department's mission while providing the GA with practical, supervised experience in clinical, instructional, administrative, or research tasks. This role is integral to developing GA's professional competencies as a future practitioner, bridging academic training with hands-on departmental responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Must be in good academic standing and meet all departmental and university requirements for graduate assistantship eligibility.
Demonstrated interest in teaching, clinical skills development, research, student support, or departmental service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and work effectively during high-volume academic periods.
Proficiency with common technology tools, including Microsoft Office and learning management systems such as Canvas.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling student records, assessment data, and departmental communications
