    Description

    This position will assist the Director of Sports Information.

    Examples of Duties

    • Assist with planning and executing home athletic events
    • Coordinate game day logistics; including event setup, breakdown, and venue preparation
    • Write game previews
    • Recaps, feature stories, and press releases
    • Updating athletics website with schedules, roster, statistics, and other special projects as assigned
    • Graduate Assistants are members of the New College Athletics staff and may be assigned additional departmental responsibilities beyond their sport-specific duties.
    • These responsibilities may include game day operations coverage, departmental events, championships, enrollment initiatives, and other special projects as assigned by the Athletics Department
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Valid driver's license is required
