Grade Foreman

We are looking for individuals with experience in all aspects of site developmnt including E&S requirements, roadways, parking lots, BMPs, swales, and building pads. This individual must have a working knowledge of elevations, slopes, and percentages as they pertain to project completion and meeting specification requirements.

Grade Foreman 

• $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year based on experience. 
• 5 years + experience as a foreman required.

• Experience and a thorough knowledge of civil and municipality grading requirements in the Hampton Roads and tidewater area is a must. 
• We are looking for individuals with experience in all aspects of site developmnt including E&S requirements, roadways, parking lots, BMPs, swales, and building pads. 
• GPS Experience is a must; Experience with Topcon system is preferred. 
• We are looking for an individual with experience and understanding of civil plan documents, specifications, third party inspections, OSHA standards, and completing projects start to finish. 
• We are looking for a leader that works well with owners, general contractors, and inspectors. 
• This individual must have a working knowledge of elevations, slopes, and percentages as they pertain to project completion and meeting specification requirements. 
• A good driving record is required
