Grade 6 Teacher - Leave Replacement

Available for the 2026-2027 school year

The Syosset Central School District seeks a Leave Replacement Grade 6 Teacher. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Hold NYSED certification in Childhood Education (1-6)

• Prior successful experience teaching Middle School Mathematics and Science preferred

• Expertise in differentiation of instruction to support the success and growth of all students

• Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
