    Tier 2 Registered Dental Assistant | Huebner Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

    At Huebner Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics, we are building a practice where patients feel genuinely cared for and team members take pride in the work they do. We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 Registered Dental Assistant who is confident with advanced procedures, attentive to detail, and ready to make a meaningful contribution to the clinical team.

    Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

    Full-time team members may be eligible for medical, vision, and life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) retirement plan, and in-house dental benefits.

    What You’ll Do

    • Welcome and prepare patients for treatment while helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
    • Assist dentists chairside with advanced procedures, including crowns, bleaching, nightguards, and suture removals
    • Set up treatment rooms, prepare materials, pass instruments, and maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards
    • Take and accurately label dental radiographs, pour and trim study casts, and maintain complete patient records
    • Keep periodontal charting, treatment plans, consent forms, and recall appointments up to date
    • Manage lab cases from preparation through quality checks and maintain accurate lab records
    • Monitor clinical supplies, equipment, emergency materials, and daily checklists
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-operative care
    • Help train and support newer dental assistants through shadowing and hands-on guidance
