Kyle Dental and Braces is looking for an experienced Tier 2 Registered Dental Assistant who takes ownership of their work, brings strong clinical skills to the operatory, and is ready to contribute to a growing practice.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Full-time team members may be eligible for medical, vision, and life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) retirement plan, and in-house dental benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and trays
• Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with temporary crowns and bridges, crown deliveries, nightguards, bleaching, and suture removals
• Educate patients and reinforce treatment recommendations
• Complete lab scripts, track cases, and maintain supply inventory
• Support sterilization, infection control, equipment maintenance, and emergency readiness
• Assist with scheduling, daily clinical checklists, and end-of-day procedures
• Train and support newer dental assistants
