  • Strong consultation skills to understand clients needs & offer customizable vehicle solutions
  • Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals
  • Collaborate with service & fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support
  • Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options
  • Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business
  • Represent the O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln, with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up on leads to drive sales
  • Present proposals to municipalities, city government and business owners, when necessary
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close a sale and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Previous B2B experience preferred
  • Proven track record in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of self-motivation and goal orientated
  • Ability to manage your pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals
  • Product knowledge of commercial vehicles and upfits preferred, not necessary.
