Governance Analyst

Governance Analyst

Skills and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, IT Audit or other related fields of study. Master's Degree preferred
2. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in an Information Technology \ Governance Environment
3. Industry Certifications preferred e.g. CRISC or CISA
4. Strong oral and written communication skills for knowledge transfer.
5. Experience to conduct risk assessments to determine actions and strategic next steps
6. Demonstrated effectiveness in Governance, Risk and Compliance
7. Proficiency with software products, including:
8. IT Governance Tool OneTrust preferred
9. Data Governance Tools (e.g. Databricks, Alation, Collibra)
10. Data and AI Security (e.g. Varonis, MS Purview)
11. Vendor Audit
12. Maintaining, updating, and creating Frameworks, controls, and policies
13. Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentation for management and leadership

Experience with Tableau or other BI tools a plus
