Lead EPAMs Google Cloud Business Group for North America. Operating at the Senior Executive level, you will own the full commercial and strategic agenda for the Google Cloud relationship across the Americas: shaping the North America joint go-to-market, driving P&L accountability, scaling the certified expert community, and cementing EPAMs position as Google Clouds diamond systems integrator partner in the region. This is a senior executive role with direct line-of-sight to EPAMs most strategic and fastest-growing business.

Responsibilities
Define and execute EPAMs Google Cloud business strategy for North America, including service portfolio, target verticals, and competitive positioning across the US and Canada
Own the North America P&L for the Google Cloud Business Group - setting, managing, and delivering revenue, margin, and pipeline targets
Lead the joint business plan with Google Clouds North America partner and field leadership, aligning EPAMs commercial objectives with Google Clouds regional sales motion
Drive co-sell execution and orchestrate pursuit strategy on major North America opportunities, from initial qualification through executive deal closure
Identify and develop new solution offerings tailored to North America market demand at the intersection of EPAMs engineering capabilities and Google Clouds platform (GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini, Workspace, Security)
Build and maintain a healthy, measurable North America pipeline in partnership with EPAM account teams and Google Cloud field sellers
Serve as EPAMs primary executive relationship owner with Google Clouds North America leadership, including field sales, alliances, and product teams
Maximize EPAMs participation in Google Cloud partner programs, incentives, co-marketing development funds, and specialization tracks relevant to the North America market
Lead co-marketing, field activation, and demand generation initiatives with Google Clouds North America channel and alliance teams
Represent EPAM at Google Cloud Next, Google Cloud partner summits, and high-value North America regional events
Align with EPAMs North America business units, account teams, and vertical leads to embed Google Cloud solutions in client growth strategies
Provide VP-level executive sponsorship on marquee Google Cloud-led client engagements in North America, including delivery oversight and executive escalation
Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across EPAMs North America target verticals - life sciences & healthcare, financial services, retail, media, and technology
Act as a visible EPAM thought leader in the North America Google Cloud ecosystem, contributing to analyst briefings, industry forums, and client-facing content programs
Build and lead a high-performing North America GBG team, including direct and matrixed reports spanning practice leads, solution architects, and partner managers
Establish clear roles, accountabilities, and performance frameworks within the North America GBG structure, operating at VP-level scope and accountability
Partner with EPAMs North America People function on hiring, development, and retention of Google Cloud-certified talent across the region
Collaborate with global GBG leadership and the Google Cloud Center of Excellence to ensure North America learnings shape global practice development
Partner with EPAMs Amazon and Microsoft GBG leaders in the Americas to drive cross-partner synergies and a unified hyperscaler GTM narrative
Requirements
15+ years of experience in cloud consulting, technology services, or enterprise software, with a strong commercial and go-to-market track record in North America markets
Proven success leading or scaling a cloud platform or technology services business with full P&L responsibility at a systems integrator, consulting firm, or technology company - ideally at Senior Director or VP level
Deep command of the Google Cloud ecosystem: GCP platform services (data, AI/ML, infrastructure, security), partner program mechanics, co-sell motion, and competitive landscape in North America
Demonstrated ability to own and grow significant North America revenue targets through pipeline development, partner alignment, and executive deal leadership
Experience building and leading high-performing, distributed teams including direct and matrixed reports across multiple US and Canadian locations
Executive presence and credibility with senior client, partner, and internal stakeholders - comfortable operating at C-suite and VP level in both EPAM and client organizations
Strong understanding of the systems integrator business model: utilization economics, project delivery, offshore/nearshore staffing models, and certification-driven partner tiering
Decisive, execution-oriented leader able to set direction, prioritize, and hold a regional business accountable for results inside a matrixed global organization
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - written and verbal - suited to a VP-level external-facing role
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Nice to have
Direct experience at Google Cloud, or leading a Google Cloud-aligned practice at a systems integrator or consulting competitor in North America
Familiarity with the enterprise generative AI adoption landscape and Gemini-driven services in North America enterprise accounts
Experience in one or more of EPAMs North America priority verticals: life sciences & healthcare, financial services, retail, or media & entertainment
Active Google Cloud Professional certifications or demonstrated commitment to building a certified practitioner community
Existing relationships with Google Clouds North America partner and field leadership teams
