Come work at the Beav! Beaver Meadow Golf Course is looking to fill several Ranger positions for outdoor golfing. Enjoy the outdoors this summer (and spring and fall) at Beaver Meadow Golf Course. Includes holiday pay!

JOB SUMMARY:

Temporary Seasonal Employment

Performs a variety of Golf Course Ambassador Duties.

Examples of Duties

• Works with Pro Shop Staff to ensure enjoyable golf experience for all golf course customers.
• Checks tickets for payment and starts groups of golfers off 1st tee.
• Groups golfers into foursomes to ensure efficient use of tee times.
• Travels golf course checking for compliance to established rules of etiquette and policy.
• Enforces established rules.
• Brings golf cars from storage area to clubhouse area.
• Cleans golf cars and returns to clubhouse area or leaves for evening storage.
• Collects baskets and picks up litter on driving range.
• Empties trash and recycling containers from course and clubhouse area.
• Sets chains stakes and signage on golf course at Golf Course Managers direction.
• Works with Pro Shop Staff to clear golf course during dangerous weather conditions.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Typical Qualifications

Knowledge of Game of Golf; its rules and etiquette

Must pass a criminal background and driver history check.

LICENSCES AND CERTIFICAITONS:

Valid drivers license.

SPECIAL SKILL AND ABILITIES:

Ability to work effectively with the public.

Read and understand a Tee Sheet.
