The Golf Shop Attendant at Torreon Golf Club is responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and service-driven experience to our members and guests. This role supports the daily operations of the golf shop and plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards expected at a private club.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Checking in members and guests • Managing the tee sheet • Processing merchandise sales • Answering phone calls • Assisting with tournament preparation • Ensuring the golf shop remains organized and presentable at all times
Developing product knowledge of apparel, equipment, and club services is also essential to provide informed recommendations and enhance the member experience.
