Position Summary

The Golf Retail Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations and presentation of the golf retail shop. This position will assist guests with their shopping needs, maintain merchandise levels, keep the shop clean and organized, and assist with basic back-office computer and administrative tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all guests.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, product questions, and general shopping needs.
• Restock and replenish merchandise throughout the shop and maintain organized displays.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and inviting retail environment at all times.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed.
• Monitor merchandise levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Assist with basic back-office computer tasks, including inventory, merchandise, and retail-related systems.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current merchandise, golf apparel, accessories, and resort offerings.
• Assist with special events, tournaments, and increased retail activity as needed.
• Follow all resort and retail policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the retail team and management to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Comfortable using computers and learning retail/back-office software systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
• Golf knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required.
