Job Duties and Responsibilities As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will be a vital part of our team, working to create a positive atmosphere for our guests at all times:

• Welcome members and guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Check in and take payment for golf reservations.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and make golf reservations.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the pro shop.
• Handle merchandise and clothing purchases and payments as either credit card transactions or charges to member accounts.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Inform players of course rules, regulations, and any other relevant information.
• Assist with any other administrative duties as needed.

Education and Experience

• Prior golf experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, managers interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
