Schedule: Tues, Wed, Fri - approximately 15 hours/week
Salary: $26-$28/Hour depending on experience
Description: 
The Household:
 We are a busy Golden Valley family with three independent school-aged children (ages 11, 8, and 6) who are out of the house at school all day. Because our kids are growing up fast, this role isn't about traditional babysitting or constant childcare. Instead, we are looking for an energetic, organized right-hand person to keep our household running smoothly behind the scenes so we can focus on family time when the kids get home.


Core Responsibilities:

• Meal Management: Plan, prep, and cook delicious, practical meals tailored for both children's tastes and family dinners, plus handle routine grocery shopping.
• Home Maintenance & Tidying: Keep common areas clean and organized with light housekeeping, regular vacuuming, and general daily tidying.
• Wardrobe Care: Manage full family laundry loads, from washing and folding to putting things away.
• Errands & Support: Run essential household errands and complete flexible tasks directed toward keeping the home organized.
• Child Transportation: Occasionally handle after-school driving or pickups as needed, though the bulk of the role focuses on domestic management rather than direct childcare.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in household management, private nannying/assisting, or professional home organization.
• High reliability, a self-starter attitude, and a strong eye for detail.
• Safe driving record and reliable transportation for errands and occasional school runs.
