Description

Job Description:

Title: Go-To-Market Manager

Team: AI Demand Generation

Location: Remote EST or CST (US or Canada)

Why This Role Exists

Phreesia's demand generation engine is AI-native at its core and operates at the frontier of how B2B demand generation is evolving. Campaigns are identified, briefed, and orchestrated through a Claude-powered marketing repository, with personalization at scale driven by tools like Artisan, 6Sense, Marketo, and Qualified.

As Go-To-Market Manager, you're the operator inside that system - owning the execution of targeted, multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue across both new prospective and existing accounts. You'll work at the intersection of data, messaging, and revenue: partnering with SDRs, Sales, and Product to build campaigns with a defined right to win, coordinating execution across email, paid media, AI outreach, and SDR motions, and using performance signals to continuously sharpen what works.

You'll sit on the AI Demand Generation team under Joe Adams, in a highly coordinated, insight-driven environment where the expectation is proactive ownership, analytical rigor, and creative execution.

What You'll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Own campaign strategy and execution.

Own the end-to-end execution of time-boxed, multi-channel campaigns targeting defined account segments across net-new and base motions. Translate segments and intent data into a coherent campaign brief - including right to win, messaging framework, channel plan, and timeline - and coordinate parallel build tracks so campaigns launch on schedule and on message.

  • Bring new products and solutions to market.

Act as a strategic operator for new product and solution launches, crafting go-to-market narratives and execution plans that accelerate adoption and revenue.

  • Create content and messaging that cuts through.

Develop client- and prospect-facing content that resonates with target personas and drives engagement, including emails, landing pages, ad copy, and SDR talk tracks. Translate common client business challenges into campaign narratives that create urgency and relevance.

  • Build personalization into every touchpoint.

Work with the AI SDR platform, Artisan, and the Demand Gen repo to keep messaging consistent and personalized across every touchpoint.

  • Coordinate across revenue teams.

Serve as the coordination point between Demand Gen, SDR teams, Sales, and Client Success so everyone works the same accounts with aligned messaging. Brief the Priority SDR team on campaign context, segment rationale, and talk tracks so outbound reinforces digital touchpoints.

  • Partner on campaign infrastructure and targeting.

Partner with Marketing Operations on Marketo builds, lead routing, and campaign tracking in Salesforce, and with ABM and Field Marketing on account targeting.

  • Turn performance signals into action.

Track leading indicators, including intent creation, MQL/MQC volume, and opportunity creation, as well as lagging indicators such as expected-value qualified pipeline influenced. Analyze results at campaign close, codify learnings, and feed them back into the Demand Gen repo to improve future campaigns and the always-on motion.

  • Continuously sharpen what works.

Identify underperforming segments or channels and drive iterative improvements to messaging, sequencing, or targeting. Use 6Sense signals to adjust priorities as accounts progress.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You don't need to check every box - but this role will feel energizing if you:

  • Communicate with precision and can make a clear, confident case - in writing, in a room, or in a deck - calibrated to the audience.
  • Know how to own GTM from idea to revenue, driving launches and campaigns end-to-end from the first brief to the pipeline they generate.
  • Move quickly from insight to action and don't let ambiguity or process slow you down.
  • Read the business through data and are comfortable identifying what matters in the numbers, what it means, and what to do about it.
  • Find the unexpected angle, using the obvious answer as a starting point and developing approaches and campaigns that stand out.
  • Bring intellectual curiosity and actively look for a better way - including when it means changing your own approach.
  • Set and charge at audacious goals, executing with urgency toward ambitious outcomes.
  • Know which details are load-bearing and give them the attention they deserve without losing speed elsewhere.
  • Bring relentless follow-through and deliver on commitments without needing reminders.
  • Have hands-on experience with marketing automation such as Marketo, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ABM platforms such as 6Sense or Demandbase, and AI-powered outreach tools such as Artisan, Clay, Qualified, or equivalents.
  • Have experience in healthcare SaaS or a similarly complex, long-cycle B2B environment.

We Do Have A Few Requirements To Check

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, revenue marketing, or a GTM role.

Where You'll Work

This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the EST or CST in the US or Canada.

Compensation & Rewards

  • Cash Compensation: $120,000-150,000 USD or CAD (depending on experience with opportunity for variable)
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your whole life - not just your work
