Job Description
This is a hybrid role based in our Portland, OR office. Candidates should reside within commuting distance and be able to travel to the office or client sites as needed for meetings, training, and other team or client-related activities.

What You'll Do
This role connects the regional Delivery Capability strategy with the Portland market needs. You will collaborate with industry partners to identify opportunities, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and be a subject matter expert and thought leader at external events.
You will develop and drive a go-to-market strategy, contribute to sales pipeline growth, support delivery in billable roles, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director of Market Solutions is $173,000 to $238,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
