Job Description

Working at Buffalo Wild Wings GO feels like game day energy every shift. It’s fun, it’s fast, and it’s all about giving guests a great experience whether they’re grabbing food to go or ordering delivery. As a LATE NIGHTGO Shift Leader, you will assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will be responsible for hands-on supervision of the operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the General Manager in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

From order to payment, you will create legendary experiences for guests by managing the takeout process. You’ll welcome guests when they enter the restaurant, making personalized and authentic connections. You'll also work directly within the kitchen as a Cook. The kitchen is where much of the magic happens. Slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing gives you all kinds of opportunities to utilize your skills. Through preparation and production, your cook talents bring to life the vision of our founders - incredible wings and a large selection of other great eats that make Guests hunger for another visit.

YOU GOT THIS 

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You are certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Must be able to work until 2AM
• Preferably, you have at least two years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.  
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

$17.75-$21.75

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Belle Holdings policy.

Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery had recently moved to Ohio from Buffalo, New York. All was fine until one day when the two were craving wings. Not just ordinary wings, but authentic Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. With none to be found nearby, Jim and Scott had two choices: road trip to New York, or open a wing joint close to home. Lucky for us, they chose the latter.
