Your Mission

Deliver perfectly mixed batches that meet exacting specifications while upholding food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Every decision you make—from scaling ingredients to recording lot numbers—protects product quality and keeps the line moving.

How You’ll Succeed

• Translate formulas into action: weigh, measure, and stage ingredients precisely
• Run mixers and companion equipment with safety and efficiency
• Control dough characteristics by monitoring temperature, texture, and appearance
• Document everything: batch records, logs, and accurate lot tracking
• Maintain pristine sanitation and compliance with GMP and food safety standards
• Escalate safety issues immediately and communicate with production partners
• Pitch in across operations to keep throughput and quality aligned
