Social hours, concerts, holiday party.Opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes and develop technical skills.We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Manufacturing Equipment Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and clean production equipment in a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a production team.Primary ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, monitor, and clean manufacturing equipment, including:Rotary Pouch FillerCapsule MachineTablet PressMaterial BlendingLiquid FillingPerform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.Identify mechanical or production issues and communicate repair needs promptly.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and established standard operating procedures.Complete production records, equipment logs, batch documentation, and other required paperwork accurately.Measure, stage, and verify materials according to production instructions.Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout each production run.Inspect finished products for weight, fill level, seal integrity, appearance, and other quality requirements.Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas between batches.Help minimize equipment downtime, product loss, and material waste.Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance personnel.Assist with preventive maintenance and continuous process improvements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operation, or equipment maintenance experience is preferred.Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred.Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Ability to follow written procedures, formulas, and production instructions.Ability to complete documentation clearly and accurately.Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.Comfortable working around powders, liquids, moving equipment, and manufacturing noise.Willingness to learn multiple pieces of production equipment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout most of the shift.Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive production tasks.Ability to safely lift and move manufacturing materials and equipment components.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals.Additional Information:• We encourage artists, weirdos, and anyone who is patient and eager to work in a positive and unique environment to apply.• This position includes a 14-day probationary period to ensure a good fit.• Please include your resume.• In the last box (the blank one) on the job questions, share your favorite color, pastime, superhero, and your best guess at why manhole covers are round!• Links to social media profiles and professional references are welcome!We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment operating properly, follows procedures carefully, and contributes to a positive and productive manufacturing team.
