    If working to exacting standards in a cGMP environment energizes you, Adare’s Manufacturing Operations team wants to meet you. In this role, you’ll report to a Shift Supervisor and rotate through core OSD operations—dispensing; blending and granulation; coating; compression; and encapsulation—earning added responsibilities as you master each skill set.

    Your mission

    • Prepare and stage the dispensing room in strict accordance with SOPs and the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
    • Dispense and issue raw materials from the warehouse per SOP and Production Batch Record; verify approvals plus expiry/retest dates and document issuance in the BMR, inventory cards, and related paperwork.
    • Keep detailed logbooks; complete all documentation accurately and on time.
    • Operate granulation and blending equipment to produce consistent intermediates.
    • Execute coating processes with Coating Pans (Accela Cota, Compulab) and coordinate with dust collection systems.
    • Formulate final dosage via tablet compression and encapsulation per BMR, including operation of encapsulation equipment.
    • Run compression assets such as Kilian S520, Syntheses 500, plus tablet presses, drum lifters, dedusters, metal detectors, scales, micrometers, hardness testers, printers, and inspection machines.
    • Clean equipment and rooms (mills, mixers, ovens, granulators, encapsulation and compression equipment) per SOP; maintain orderly, audit-ready workspaces.
    • Model cGMP behaviors, documentation discipline, gowning compliance, and Safety Policies; complete all required training.
    • Use respiratory protection when required (medical clearance needed); support other duties as assigned.

    What it takes

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a GMP environment.
    • Proficiency with computers for training and interfacing with mechanical/control systems; strong written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
    • Comfort communicating to small groups of colleagues or customers.
    • Skill in following detailed written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and applying practical judgment.
