General Requirements:
- Board Certification in the relevant specialty by the appropriate certifying board (e.g., ABIM).
- Minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in graduate medical education.
- Demonstrated scholarly activity aligned with the programs mission.
- Active Florida Medical License
- Familiarity with GME online and reporting systems including NRMP or SF Match, ERAS, AMA, Freida, GMETrack, ABOS, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or core faculty.
- Experience in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and faculty development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
