Job Title: Founding Program Director - Radiology Residency

As the Founding Program Director, you will build the program from the ground up, designing curriculum, recruiting residents, and establishing the programs identity and culture from inception. Required Skills:
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or osteopathic equivalent)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a faculty member in an ACGME-accredited residency program
- Demonstrated educational and administrative experience in graduate medical education
- Active clinical practice in radiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Proven ability in curriculum development, resident mentorship, or ACGME accreditation processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or core faculty member in radiology residency programs
- Fellowship training in any radiology subspecialty
- Track record of successful resident recruitment and program development
Other Requirements:
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or osteopathic equivalent)
- Medical license in Indiana (eligible candidate)
- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Availability to fulfill approximately 200 shifts annually, including clinical reads in subspecialty of choice and administrative duties
- Minimum call structure: every sixth weekend (varies by subspecialty)
- Willingness to engage in leadership and administrative responsibilities within a hospital setting
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Compensation: $650,000 annually
- Work Schedule: 75% clinical, 25% administrative/academic duties
- Annual Shifts: 200 (including subspecialty clinical reads and program administration)
- Commencement Bonus: Generous commencement bonus provided
