Experienced Welder

Welder: 1st or 2nd Shift

**Located in **Weatherford, TX

Pay:$19-22/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and STICK welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for the job

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

• Weld components using MIG welding processes in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead)

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2+ years of welding experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
