A day in the life
Picture this: You arrive at our Urbana, IL facility, review the day’s build schedule, and pull up the prints for your first assembly. You set your station, confirm your welding parameters, and lay down consistent MIG (GMAW) beads that meet spec the first time. Mid-morning, you and a teammate huddle over a drawing to sort out a tricky fit-up, then finish by verifying dimensions and weld quality before the parts move downstream. It’s hands-on, detail-driven work where your craftsmanship shows in every finished product.
