Join Con Alma as our General Manager and lead a vibrant, chef-driven restaurant that's redefining the dining experience in Pittsburgh's Cultural District. We're looking for someone who's passionate about hospitality, global cuisine and wine, and craft cocktails creating memorable nights for our guests all set to the backdrop of live jazz.

About Con Alma:

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during evening shifts
  
• Manage team scheduling, training, and development to maintain our high service standards
  
• Collaborate with our chef to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table execution
  
• Maintain relationships with our regular performers and coordinate live music programming
  
• Handle guest relations, reservations, and special events
  
• Manage inventory, costs, and P&L responsibilities
  
• Create an inclusive, energetic atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
  

What We're Looking For: A seasoned hospitality leader with experience in full-service restaurants or upscale venues. You should be comfortable with evening/PM shifts, have strong people management skills, and genuinely enjoy the energy of a music-driven space. Experience with wine, cocktails, or plant-based cuisine is a plus but your passion for hospitality matters most.
