Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Market Leader to oversee store operations and lead business performance across multiple locations. This role will initially take responsibility for one store, with the near-term opportunity to expand oversight to two stores and additional locations as the company continues to grow.
The Market Leader will be responsible for operational excellence, profitability, talent development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across their market. Reporting to corporate leadership, this person will play a key role in scaling the business, implementing best practices, and building a strong, service-focused culture.
Multi-Unit Leadership
Lead day-to-day operations for one location initially, with responsibility expanding to two or more stores as growth continues. Ensure consistent execution, standards, and performance across all locations.
Operational Excellence
Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory management, store standards, and workflow to drive efficient operations.
Strategic Growth
Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability while supporting expansion plans.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Manage vendor relationships, ordering processes, and inventory control to minimize shrink and optimize in-stock levels.
Performance Metrics
Track and analyze KPIs across locations, ensuring strong execution in sales, merchandising, customer service, and product quality.
Team Development
Recruit, train, coach, and develop store leadership teams and employees to build an engaged, high-performing organization.
Financial Management
Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities to grow sales and improve margins.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, food safety standards, health regulations, and operational procedures.
Process Improvement
Implement tools, systems, and processes that streamline operations and support scalable growth.
