Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to assess performance
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repair needs
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Manufacturer certification or B‑level qualifications (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
• Ability to learn new technology, processes, and service procedures
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
• ASE certifications recognized
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset
• Valid, insurable driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
