JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide seasonal operational and guest service support for the Little Rock Zoo’s GloWILD event by assisting with guest services, attractions, parking and pedestrian operations, event entry, crowd flow, and other event-related activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, organized, and positive experience for Zoo guests throughout the event. JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide seasonal operational and guest service support for the Little Rock Zoo’s GloWILD event by assisting with guest services, attractions, parking and pedestrian operations, event entry, crowd flow, and other event-related activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, organized, and positive experience for Zoo guests throughout the event.
