Employee's main function is to provide clients and carriers immediate support by unlocking electronic seals (E-seals) remotely. Resource will provide drivers, dispatchers, and carriers instructions on how to return electronic devices to Glovis. Worker will direct emergency phone calls to Glovis repairs, damage and claims teams and also provide incident reporting guidance to vendors, customers, carriers and drivers. Employee will assist drivers and dispatchers with downloading Glovis mobile application and access into Glovis TMS Portal "LOTS". Employee will provide IT support and help with system related and equipment troubleshooting related questions from drivers, carriers and clients. Resource will perform clerical related tasks, such as validating proof of deliveries and obtaining written confirmation from clients that equipment was received in good condition. Resource will confirm inventory, systematically place and remove equipment on hold - and notify stakeholders of availability status changes. - Employee is expected to answer phone calls from Monday through Friday during the hours of 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with a 2 hour break in between, allowing for meal break and commute to office. Must live no further than 30 minutes from office.
- Employee will communicate over the phone and via email with carriers, drivers and customers.
- Resource will be responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered to the right location during regular normal business hours when unlocking E-seals.
- Main function:
- Unlock electronic seals remotely during Outbound team non-working hours. Immediately respond to emails, text messages and phone calls.
- Employee will navigate LOTS, HAPN and FleetUp applications, which provide visibility of equipment via GPS tracking coordinates.
- Resource is expected to validate equipment has arrived to its destination and confirm if receiver has taken possession of it prior to unlocking the electronic seal.
- Resource will provide drivers, dispatchers, and carriers instructions on how to return the electronic devices to Glovis.
- Contact stakeholders if the equipment is running behind schedule or requires permission to deliver earlier than anticipated.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with vendors, drivers, receiving clerks, internal and external customers.
- Guide drivers, dispatchers and carriers on how to install LOTS mobile application on mobile devices.
- Educate drivers, dispatchers and carriers on how to complete the pickup and delivery process via Glovis Mobile Application.
- Explain to dispatchers and carriers how to dispatch drivers in Glovis LOTS TMS.
- Verify if equipment has left the plant.
- Confirm inventory and send PODs to clients.
- Review and approve proof of delivery documents.
