This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will leverage your Global Treasury expertise to design and deliver sophisticated solutions for complex client needs. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team, acting as the technical lead during pre-sales, discovery, and requirements gathering. Beyond the sales cycle, you will spearhead complex product implementations in collaboration with the Payments Business Implementation team. Additionally, you will serve as a key mentor and technical resource, guiding the professional development of junior Sales and Implementation Advisors and Associates.
Responsibilities:Strategic Client Advisory: Provide expert counsel to key clients on complex treasury and payment strategies. Develop and implement tailored solutions for clients' treasury and payment needs.
Implementation Leadership: Act as the Technical Lead for complex product implementations. Advise client’s technical resources and ERP consultants on project scope, integration methods, and best practices.
Product and Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Treasury Services concepts, products, features, and benefits. Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market needs and client feedback.
Team Leadership and Mentoring: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the advisory team. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance process efficiencies and service delivery. Represent the treasury and payments advisory function in cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Global Treasury OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Global Treasury
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of major ERP systems, XML
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of cash management and global treasury products and services.
Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, consultative sales aptitude, and the ability to exercise independent judgment on complex projects.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills; ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, bank partners, and executive stakeholders.
