Global Transportation Finance Associate Attorney

$200,000 – $325,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Global Transportation Finance Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated aviation, aircraft, equipment, and transportation finance transactions involving financial institutions, lessors, investors, manufacturers, operators, and other participants in the global transportation industry.

Ideal Background

• Experience in transportation finance, aviation finance, equipment finance, secured lending, leasing, or related transactional matters

• Experience with aircraft financing, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, or other asset-based transactions is highly desirable

• Experience representing lenders, lessors, borrowers, operators, investors, manufacturers, or financial institutions

• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, lease agreements, security agreements, purchase agreements, guaranties, and other financing documents

• Experience with secured lending, structured finance, leasing, or asset-based financing transactions

• Exposure to cross-border and international transactions is a plus

• Ability to coordinate sophisticated transactions from initial diligence and documentation through closing

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and deadlines

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Strong academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
