Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment
- Only looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Knowledge in global supplier development and management in a multinational environment
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Experience and talent in negotiation
- Ability to handle sudden setbacks in a dynamic environment
- Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience in cost and scenario analysis
- Ability to build should-cost models for pricing optimization
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Negotiate optimal terms for sourcing with suppliers, balancing cost, volume, and quality
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global supply management teams to meet business objectives
- Optimize supply chain performance through analysis and benchmarking
- Assess and mitigate risks to the business and manage global supply chain disruptions
