Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment
- Knowledge in global supplier development and management in a multinational environment
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience and talent in negotiation
- Ability to handle sudden setbacks in a dynamic environment
- Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Masters or MBA is a plus
- Experience in scenario analysis and benchmarking
- Understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs
