Description
The Global Solution Manager is responsible for the Sterility Testing portfolio management and commercial success of the SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions within the Global Marketing team of the Pharma Quality Control (QC) Department of bioMérieux Industry Application Unit. Working in a matrixed international environment, the Global Solution Manager leads Global Marketing activities throughout the Product Development Process (PDP), from Development through Launch and Lifecycle Management, maximizing solution performance throughout the product lifecycle. The position collaborates closely with the R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional organizations to ensure successful development, commercialization, business continuity, and long-term customer value.

Working Conditions
The estimated salary range for this role based in Illinois is between $142,200 - 186,800. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
