Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and follow-ups with teams in different time zones (US, Mexico, APAC)
Join early‑morning or late‑evening meetings as needed to support global operations rhythm
Maintain daily trackers for pack‑out units, ITC throughput, APY, TOO, and operational KPIs
Follow up on MES clean-up, SAP sloc creation, bonepile disposition, and exception handling
Support weekly/monthly business reviews with cross‑regional data preparation
Collaborate with FXG, NV, ITC, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Travel to regional sites when required for audits, alignment, or operational support
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
2–3 years experience in manufacturing or operations coordination
Ability to work with global teams and manage cross‑time‑zone communication
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
