We’re actively seeking a talented Global Rotational Program Manager to join our Early Career Talent team in Charlotte, NC.

As the Global Rotational Program Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of early career Pacific Life’s rotational programs globally. This role is responsible for the participant experience from onboarding through final placement, ensuring programs deliver meaningful development opportunities while supporting enterprise talent.
This position partners closely with business leaders, Talent Management, People Business Partners, and executive sponsors to create best-in-class rotational experiences. This role owns program operations, participant development, manager partnerships, talent reviews, program placements and program outcomes.
Reporting to the Global Head of Early Career Talent Programs, the Global Rotational Program Manager will serve as the primary steward of Pacific Life’s rotational programs.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$125,100.00 - $152,900.00
