The role involves owning the global P&L, developing business cases, and presenting strategic plans to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include market segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-functional leadership with R&D, Sales, and Marketing. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, and at least 5 years' experience in product management within water or wastewater treatment. Strong English communication skills and experience in commercial performance are essential. The role is based in Germany or the US, with a salary range of $125,000-$145,000 USD and eligibility for bonus pay.
