Global Product Manager at TSI

TSI's rapidly expanding Contamination Control business is looking for a Global Product Manager to drive commercial growth of our existing product portfolio across the Semiconductor, Electronics, and Industrial markets. Global semiconductor investment is accelerating, fab capacity in Asia, North America, and Europe is expanding, and adjacent segments including battery manufacturing, flat panel display, aerospace, and data centers are growing. The instruments to serve these markets are already in our portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing commercial success of the portfolio.

Lead downstream marketing execution for the Semiconductor, Electronics, and Industrial portfolio. Drive sales and channel partner enablement, product launches, targeting and positioning by segment, regional pricing execution, and the customer-facing applications work that wins technical evaluations. A key measure of success is portfolio revenue growth.

This is a customer-facing role. This position is credible in front of micro contamination engineers, yield managers, and process engineers, able to run instrument demonstrations and speak to real measurement applications.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will be responsible for:

  • Segment targeting and growth execution: Identify and prioritize revenue opportunities for the existing portfolio across semiconductor fabs, electronics/FPD, battery manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, and data center segments. Build and execute segment plans that convert market opportunity into orders.
  • Sales and channel partner enablement: Develop and deliver training on value propositions, applications, positioning, and product operation for direct sales, channel partners, and end users. Build the enablement tools the field needs to compete: application notes, competitive positioning, configuration guidance.
  • Applications and demonstration support: Support customer evaluations and instrument demonstrations for the established portfolio, working with sales, service, and engineering. Bring hands-on applications credibility to technical customer conversations.
  • Product launch execution: Own downstream execution of product launches end to end, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and readiness across Product Development, Marketing Communications, and Operations.
  • Market and customer intelligence: Collect, analyze, and share win/loss data, competitive activity, customer feedback, enhancement requests, and unmet needs. Bring forward the insights that shape the product roadmap.
  • Pricing execution: Administer and execute pricing regionally within approved strategy, including benchmarking, quote support, and keeping SKU and catalog information accurate.
  • Product line management: Manage enhancement requests, sustaining priorities, and lifecycle updates for the established portfolio within the roadmap, with real input into what gets prioritized.
  • Demand and performance tracking: Provide demand forecasts and market intelligence to Operations. Track portfolio performance against plan and report on adoption, launch metrics, and demand signals.
