Job Description
Manage the end-to-end international payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with global and domestic tax laws.
Handle international payroll processing, reconciliations, and auditing.
Serve as subject matter expert for international payroll procedures.
Manage dual tax obligations and tax equalizations.
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures for efficient operations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Payroll Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience managing payroll processes across numerous global entities (international experience is a must)
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working in a professional services environment or similar industry.
