Job Description:

As the Global Partner Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring global marketing initiatives that span partner engagement as well as comprehensive content and product marketing strategies. Working closely with both the VP of Global Marketing and the VP of Global & Strategic Alliances, you will craft innovative co-marketing initiatives that enhance our brand, support demand generation, and drive business growth across diverse markets. This role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to make a substantial impact on our company's success by promoting our tech products and services on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:


Global Partner Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
o
Collaborate with the VP of Global and Strategic Alliances and the VP of Global Marketing to develop, design, and implement a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy, aligning with corporate business objectives and accounting for regional market nuances.
o
Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to amplify brand awareness and drive joint demand generation activities and assets (webinars, etc) to support revenue goals.

Partner Enablement:
o
Create and deliver partner-focused marketing assets, including sales enablement materials, training modules, and joint campaign resources.
o
Establish frameworks to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and refine strategies accordingly.

Relationship Management:
o
Collaborate with the VP of Global and Strategic Alliances to strengthen partner relationships and increase partner engagement.
o
Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and partner ecosystem to streamline communications and align corporate and partner goals.

Event Planning and Execution:
o
Plan and manage partner-focused webinars, events, and sponsorships, as needed, ensuring seamless execution and high ROI.

Market Research and Insights – Partner focused:
o
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark the partner program against industry standards and identify growth opportunities.
o
Stay updated on partner and channel marketing trends to adapt strategies as needed.

Content and Product Marketing:
o
Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and the marketing team to create aligned and compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, blogs, datasheets, eBooks, website copy, and other key content pieces.

Product Insight and Differentiation:
o
Collaborate with product management and development teams to gain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, ensuring marketing communications accurately reflect product strengths.

Market Research and Analysis – Content focused:
o
Conduct extensive market research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and assess the competitive landscape, utilizing insights to refine product positioning and messaging.

Sales Enablement:
o
Partner with the sales team to create engaging sales enablement materials that support the sales process and empower them with up-to-date product insights.

Project Management:
o
Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content on schedule while maintaining strategic alignment and consistency across all communications.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven track record of 8-10 years of successful experience in marketing, with expertise in delivering marketing assets and partner campaigns at an international scope is required.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, social media management tools, and AI tools.

Pragmatic Marketing Certification is a plus.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Results-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced tech environment.

Experience working in the tech industry or with tech-related projects is a plus.
