This role sits at the intersection of executive partnership, go‑to‑market strategy, and field execution-driving SI brand awareness via sell‑with and sell‑through motions across Pega's full portfolio in close alignment with product group and our direct sales organization.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • As a senior leader within the Alliances organization, you will own the strategic direction and operational rhythm of one or more priority SI partnerships.
  • Set and lead executive‑level alliance strategy

Own strategic planning, executive governance, and operational cadence with priority SIs, ensuring alignment on joint investment areas, go‑to‑market priorities, and revenue outcomes.

  • Drive measurable partner‑led growth

Partner closely with Sales leadership, Account Executives, and Alliance Executives to embed SI Cosell behaviors into core sales motions and accelerate pipeline creation, deal progression, and win rates.

  • Shape joint value propositions and sales plays

Co‑create differentiated sales plays, joint solutions, and market messaging that position Pega and the SI as strategic transformation partners-reinforcing Pega's brand and relevance in target industries.

  • Operate at the executive interface

Build and sustain trusted C‑suite relationships within partner organizations, influencing strategy across consulting, delivery, industry verticals, and innovation practices.

  • Lead alliance marketing and field activation

Define the strategy for Alliance events, sponsorships, and campaigns, ensuring they are tightly connected to sales priorities and deliver clear ROI.

  • Translate insight into action

Synthesize field feedback, partner insights, and market signals into clear recommendations that inform alliance strategy, sales execution, and internal decision‑making.

  • Enable partner success at scale

Ensure partner teams are equipped with current solution positioning, joint marketing activity updates, and clarity on where and how to win together.

Who You Are:

  • You are a Senior Alliance leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and is equally comfortable shaping strategy and driving execution.
  • Proven ability to operate credibly with senior executives and C‑suite stakeholders, both internally and within global SI partners
  • Highly adept at moving between strategic planning and hands‑on execution, especially in ambiguous or fast‑changing environments
  • A natural orchestrator who aligns sales, marketing, partners, and leadership around shared outcomes
  • Comfortable owning results, influencing without authority, and creating structure where none exists
  • Understand the GSI marketplace and how they operate

What You've Accomplished:

  • 15+ years of experience working within GSI Sales and Delivery, ISV Partner / Alliance Leadership, Partner ecosystems, Channel Sales
  • 8+ years managing complex relationships with global and regional Systems Integrators - preferred experience working with Infosys
  • Demonstrated success building and executing go‑to‑market and business plans that drive sustained partner‑led revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of co‑sell, sell‑with, and indirect selling models
  • Track record of delivering multi‑workstream marketing and demand generation initiatives with partners

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 182,900 - 278,800 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
