Job Description:
- Pay: $40/hr (W2)
- 1-year assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need
- Onsite role in Toledo, OH
- You will coordinate multiple packaging and product graphics projects, managing timelines, deliverables, artwork reviews, approvals, and follow-ups
- Support packaging artwork, product labels, brand updates, product launches, and packaging transitions
- Coordinate artwork revisions, proofing, file management, and approval workflows to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and production deadlines
- Work with external designers, agencies, printers, and suppliers to support packaging development and production
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while communicating status updates to stakeholders
- Review artwork and packaging files for accuracy, identifying labeling, design, and production errors before final approval
- Maintain project documentation, specifications, and digital asset libraries while helping improve workflows and processes
- Support packaging and brand implementation initiatives across multiple business segments as priorities change
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Packaging, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in packaging, product graphics, brand management, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholder reviews, and approval workflows simultaneously
- Packaging artwork, product labeling, print production, or creative production experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with artwork revisions, dielines, proofing, final art files, and production-ready files
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus
